QIs RAW Aromachem a manufacturer or a reseller?
We are a manufacturer. Fragrance oils are formulated and produced at our facility in Indore, India - we do not white-label or resell third-party products.
QWhat is the minimum order quantity?
We cater to both small and bulk orders. Individual buyers can order from 10ml upward. For B2B bulk pricing, contact us directly to discuss MOQ and pricing tiers.
QCan I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes - this is strongly recommended. Our Discovery Box includes a curated set of samples. Individual sample sizes are also available on the website.
QDo you provide private label or white label services?

QAre your fragrance oils skin-safe?
Our fragrance oils are formulated in compliance with IFRA guidelines. IFRA certificates are available on request. For skin-application products, we recommend diluting appropriately and conducting a patch test. Always refer to the IFRA certificate for usage level guidance.
QWhat is the difference between DPG and IPM as a carrier?
DPG (dipropylene glycol) is the most commonly used carrier - odourless, skin-safe, and widely accepted. IPM (isopropyl myristate) gives a drier skin feel and is preferred for certain application formats. We can advise on carrier selection based on your end-use format.
