Fragrantica is one of the world's largest fragrance communities. Getting listed there puts your brand in front of thousands of enthusiasts who actively research, review, and discuss fragrances - but the process is not automatic. Here's exactly how to do it right.

The submission process
Register for a free account on Fragrantica.com. This gives you access to the community forum where all listing requests are submitted.
In the Fragrantica forum, look for the current "Submit brands missing from Fragrantica" or "Submit missing fragrance" thread - always use the latest version.
Gather verifiable data before submitting - brand name, official website, fragrance names, note pyramids, bottle images, product descriptions, and page links.
Post your complete information in the appropriate forum thread. Complete submissions are significantly easier for moderators to verify and approve.
There is no guaranteed timeline - approval can take days, weeks, or months. Keep checking your forum post and respond promptly if moderators request additional information or clarification. Delays are often caused by slow follow-up, not the submission itself.
