How to get your perfume brand listed on Fragrantica
A quick guide for perfume brands & manufacturers who want to grow their online presence.
Fragrantica is one of the world's largest fragrance communities. Getting listed there puts your brand in front of thousands of enthusiasts who actively research, review, and discuss fragrances - but the process is not automatic. Here's exactly how to do it right.
The submission process
Create a free account on Fragrantica so you can access the community forum and submit listing requests.
Visit the Fragrantica forum and look for the current:
- "Submit the Brands Missing from Fragrantica" thread (if your brand is not listed)
- "Submit the Missing Fragrance" thread (if your brand already exists but a fragrance is missing)
Fragrantica periodically creates new versions of these threads, so always use the latest one.
Before submitting, gather as much verifiable information as possible:
- Brand name
- Official website
- Fragrance names
- Note pyramids
- Bottle and packaging images
- Product descriptions
- Product page links or other supporting information
The easier it is for moderators to verify your brand and fragrances, the better.
Post your information in the appropriate forum thread.
Complete submissions are easier for moderators to review and verify. If information is missing, moderators may request additional details before proceeding.
There is no guaranteed review timeline.
Approval can take days, weeks, months, or longer. Keep checking your forum post. Fragrantica moderators may reply asking for additional information or clarification. Responding promptly can help avoid delays.
