Perfumers alcohol is 99.9% pure denatured ethanol the industry-standard carrier for fine fragrance manufacturing. Add 10–30% fragrance oil, allow 24–48 hours to macerate, and your perfume is ready to fill. It is clear, fast-drying, and completely odourless.
