All RAW Aromachem fragrance oils are formulated in compliance with the latest IFRA guidelines, ensuring they are safe for use in candles, perfumes, soaps, and cosmetics.
Hedione is one of the most widely used aroma chemicals in modern perfumery. In a blend it boosts diffusion and creates a radiant floral lift - opening up a composition and making it feel brighter, airier and more transparent without adding weight.
Where it is used: fine fragrance, attars, sprays and water-based formulations. It pairs particularly well with jasmine, rose and citrus accords, and is often used at generous levels to give a perfume its glow.
Why it matters: few materials improve the wearability of a formula the way Hedione does.
