Ylang Ylang Complete Essential Oil is produced in Madagascar - alongside the Comoros, the world's most prized origin - by the full, uninterrupted steam distillation of fresh Cananga odorata flowers (Annonaceae). Unlike fractionated grades (Extra, I, II, III) that are drawn off at intervals, the "complete" (totum) oil retains every fraction, giving the richest, most balanced and most natural profile - the grade preferred by fine perfumers.

Aroma: rich, full and rounded exotic floral - a creamy-sweet, jasmine-like body with fruity banana-like brightness on top, honeyed depth in the heart and warm spicy-balsamic notes in the base. Opulent and long-lasting.

Uses: the heart of countless classic and modern floral, oriental and chypre perfumes, where it adds sweetness, radiance and exotic warmth. In aromatherapy it is the classic euphoric, sensual oil for stress, tension and low mood; traditionally used in Indonesian hair oils and luxury skincare. Also used in premium soaps, candles and diffusers.
